Where are shut-off valves (cut-out cocks) found on a combination vehicle?

AAMVA CDL Manual, Section 6.2.7, p. 6-6

Why This Matters

A driver needs to know exactly where to look during a pre-trip inspection of a doubles or triples rig. Being able to physically locate the shut-off valves is what lets a driver actually verify the open/closed rule instead of just reciting it.
