Terms of Service
Effective October 10, 2026. These terms govern your use of ELDT.IO, operated by Kris Naz, LLC. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to them.
What ELDT.IO provides
ELDT.IO is a registered FMCSA Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) theory provider. We provide the theory portion only of ELDT, required under 49 CFR Part 380 for Class A, Class B, the B-to-A upgrade, and hazmat endorsement. We do not provide behind-the-wheel (BTW) training, and we are not a CDL school. A single $15 payment covers whichever you need: one course or all four.
Eligibility
You must be eligible to apply for the CDL or endorsement you are training for under applicable state and federal law. You are responsible for confirming your own eligibility, including age and any state-specific permit requirements, before purchasing.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@eldt.io if you believe your account has been compromised.
Payment and pricing
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your card or bank information. Course pricing and what a single payment includes is described on our pricing comparison page and is accurate as of the date you purchase; we reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases at any time.
Refunds
See our full Refund Policy. In short: if you accidentally purchase more than once, duplicate charges are automatically refunded. Refund requests for other reasons are handled case by case; email info@eldt.io.
Course completion and FMCSA reporting
When you pass the final assessment for a course, your completion is transmitted to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry, typically within moments of passing. We are not able to alter, delay, or withhold a completion record once it has been submitted, as the registry is federally controlled. It is your responsibility to complete behind-the-wheel training and schedule your CDL skills test through a separate, registered BTW provider; theory completion alone does not grant a CDL.
Acceptable use
You agree not to share your account credentials with others, attempt to complete course assessments on another person's behalf, or attempt to circumvent course content or assessment requirements. Course content is for your personal use in preparing for your CDL and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold.
No guarantee of passing the CDL skills test
Completing ELDT theory satisfies the federal theory requirement. It does not guarantee you will pass your state's CDL skills test, knowledge test, or any TSA background check (for hazmat). Those are administered independently by your state DMV and, for hazmat, the TSA.
Disclaimer of warranties
This service is provided "as is." While we make reasonable efforts to keep course content accurate and current with 49 CFR Part 380, federal and state regulations can change, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kris Naz, LLC's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of ELDT.IO is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.
